WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING (X) ITEM?

While many of our featured products are restocked within 1-2 weeks, others are seasonal or limited edition runs at the discretion of our affiliate brands. If you are looking for a previous item that is now sold out on our website, feel free to email us at info@ragequit.store for specific inquiries.

WILL (X) ITEM FIT ME?

Most items on Rage Quit are true-to-size for US sizes. However, we carry Asian brands as well, which feature different cuts and size ranges. Be sure to refer to our size guides or contact us with your measurements if you're unsure of which size to order.

 

ORDERS

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

All tracking info will be sent via email once the items are fully processed. For most items, this will be emailed within a week. For some international items with free shipping (such as pins), tracking numbers are provided only after the item arrives in the destination country, and can therefore take longer. Once the item is handed to domestic shipping, we will email you an update with the tracking number.


WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times are:

2-7 business days depending on the item. Delivery times vary depending on your location and delivery method. In order to offer low or free shipping on certain items, they will be delivered directly from our manufacturers, and thus the packaging and shipping times will reflect this.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE TO BE COMPLETED?

We typically process returns/exchanges within 2 working days upon receiving your returned items.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment, we ship to the USA and Canada only. We're working on expanding soon! Contact us for any questions about shipping to other countries.


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Shipping times vary depending on your country of residence and the shipping method you select. After processing, please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.


WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

You may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the laws of your country of residence.
